Overdentures

Overdentures are a removable type of denture that attaches to implants in the mouth for a more comfortable and secure fit than traditional dentures. Often patients complain of movement in traditional dentures and the anchored overdenture is a solution to this problem. Overdentures allow the patient to speak more clearly and chew with up to 90 percent of the power of their natural teeth. Other benefits of overdentures is that they can prevent future bone loss by reinforcing and strengthening the bone, as well as accurately realigning the jaws.
